Apptivo has a dedicated app for Emails. The Emails that you delete are initially moved to the Trash section. To remove an email completely from Apptivo, you can delete it from Trash.
- Go to Emails Activity in Apptivo.
- On Deletion, the Emails available in the Inbox, Sent and Archived folders are moved to Trash. You can delete Emails from the Overview page and using Bulk Actions.
Delete using Bulk Action
Bulk actions enable you to delete more than one email at a time.
For Instance: Consider deleting Emails from the Sent folder. Select the emails for deletion.
- You will be notified that the Emails are moved to Trash.
- To Delete Forever, Select More icon → Trash to view the Trash section.
- In the Trash section, select the Emails to be deleted and click Delete Forever.
- You can see the Emails are removed completely from Apptivo.
Delete from the Overview Page
You can remove Emails individually by deleting it from the Overview page.For Instance: Consider deleting an Email from the Overview page. Select the delete icon from the Overview page.
- You will be notified that the Email is moved to Trash.
- To Delete Forever, Select More icon → Trash to view the Trash section.
- In the Trash section, select the Email to be deleted and click Delete Forever.
- You can see the Email is removed completely from Apptivo.
- You can also use the Bulk action feature and select a single email for deletion.
