Items App in Apptivo empowers you to decide whether an item can be back-ordered. You can allow back-ordering for more than Item at a time using Bulk Actions.
- Go to the Show All page in Items App. You can the list of Items added to it.
- Now, select the Items for which back-ordering feature is to be enabled.
- Once the items are selected, go to Bulk Actions → E-Commerce → ‘Allow Backordering’.
- You will be redirected to Bulk Action → Allow Backordering popup. Here, enable the feature.
- Once the feature is enabled for the selected items, you will receive a notification.
- For Instance: Navigate to the E-Commerce tab in the Overview page of a record, you can see Allow Backordering is enabled.
