Apptivo allows you to sync your contact information in both ways with your phone App. The contact information present in the Phone App is available in the Contacts App of Apptivo. Similarly, the information present in the Contacts App of Apptivo will be available in the Phone App.
You can decide the type of synchronization as per your preferences. The synchronization process is always done with approval from the users. They can enable or disable the synchronization whenever they need to, by following the below steps.
Initially, the following records are present in the Contacts App and Phone App.

Steps to allow Apptivo to access contact:
- After signing up with Apptivo, you’ll get a one-time pop-up notification asking whether to allow Apptivo to sync with your phone contacts as shown below.
- You can Allow or Deny as per your preferences.
Note: In case in the future, you want to allow or deny the sync, you can do it by following the steps.
- On your iOS phone, go to Settings → Apps → Apptivo.
- Here, you can allow or deny access to apptivo for syncing the contacts, by using the toggle.
Steps to Enable Contact Sync:
- Go to the Settings of Apptivo on your iOS mobile.
- Here, select Sync Settings to configure the sync contact feature.
- By selecting Sync Settings, you can set the direction of your synchronization process. Where you can decide one way or two-way syncing process that suits your business needs.
- You can see that Two-way sync is chosen here.
- Navigate to the Contacts App of Apptivo. Here, go to the Sync feature and click on the refresh icon.
- You will be notified that the sync is complete. On navigating to the Show All page of the Contacts App, you can see the records present in the Phone App are added here.
- Similarly, the records present in the Contacts app will be available in the Phone App as two-way sync is chosen.
