How to enable contact sync in iOS?

Apptivo allows you to sync your contact information with your phone App. The iOS platform of Apptivo allows two-way sync. The contact information present in the Phone App is available in the Contacts App of Apptivo. Similarly, the information present in the Contacts App of Apptivo will be available in the Phone App.

Initially, the following records are present in the Contacts App and Phone App.

Steps to Enable Contact Sync

  • Go to Settings in the iOS mobile App of Apptivo.

  • Here, select Sync Settings to configure the sync feature.

  • Apart from two-way sync, Apptivo allows you to have controlled sync. You can sync data from Apptivo to Phone App alone and vice versa.

  • You can see Two-way sync is chosen here.

  • Navigate to the Contacts App of Apptivo. Here, go to the Sync feature and click on the refresh icon.

  • You will be notified that the sync is complete. On navigating to the Show All page of Contacts App, you can see the records present in the Phone App is added here.

  • Similarly, the records present in the Contacts app will be available in the Phone App as two-way sync is chosen.
