Apptivo’s Projects App makes use of Gantt Charts to manage the Projects effectively. With the Gantt chart, you can plan, schedule, and track your projects easily. This Gantt Chart can be enabled from the Settings page of the Projects App.
Initially, the Gantt Chart is not enabled in the Projects App. So, the Overview page of the Projects will have only the Project information. The Gantt chart is added as a tab.
- To enable this feature on the Overview page, go to Settings → Projects → Associated Objects. Here, enable Show Gantt Chart on Project Overview.
- Once the Gantt Chart is enabled, navigate to the Overview page of any Project. You can see the Gantt Chart is available.
- In the Overview page, you can perform various functions like Print, Zoom In, and Zoom Out in the Gantt Chart.
- You can also hover over the Task name to view the information related to the task.
