Contacts app from Apptivo helps you to manage and track all your Business Contacts. In the contacts’ app, you can create and manage the industries of the contacts. It will be easy for multi-business organizations to manage and categorize all the customers’ contact based on their industry type. Additionally, it helps you to add their child industries related to the parent industries.
Steps to Delete
- Login and access the Customers App from the Universal Menu.
- Click on the More(...) icon and select the settings.
- In the settings page, click on the Contacts and select the Industries.
- In the Industries, you can view the list of industries.
- Select the industries that need to be deleted from the list.
- You can view the Delete Icon under the Actions.
- Click on the Delete Icon, you will get the popup warning says the selected industries will be removed from the contacts.
- Click on the ok.
Note: You can delete the child industries individually by using the Delete action.
- By clicking ok, the Industries and their child industries also will get deleted.
