How to generate a report on the calls handled by an Employee in the Contact Center App?

Apptivo has designed the Contact Center App to provide the best user experience to the customers of different businesses. Contact Center App lets you keep a tab of the calls handled by each Employee in your team. The custom made report tab enables users to generate a report with minimum effort. You can simply choose an employee and add the date range to get the data generated.

Fred is an Employee of the Support Team. He is given a task to gather information on the calls handled by each employee for a specific period. Instead of manually calculating the data, he makes use of the Contact Center App to generate the report instantly.

Steps to generate an Employee report

  • Go to the Contact Center App of Apptivo. Select the ‘Reports’ tab from the App header.

  • You will be redirected to the Reports page. Contact Center App has a default report generation tool in the left pane. It is customized based on the frequent requirements of different customers handling contrasting businesses.
  • To generate a report on the calls handled by the employees, select Employee Summary from the left pane.

  • In the right pane, select the employee for whom the report has to be generated by selecting the search icon. In the Employee: Search and Select pop up, add the employee.

  • Also, select the date range between which the data has to be fetched.

  • Once configured, select View Report.
  • The report will be generated based on the customized configuration.
View Report

  • The report will display the total count of incoming calls and outgoing calls. It also calculates the average time for incoming and outgoing calls.
