Contracts App allows you to send your contract to get it signed electronically and securely through the eSignature feature of Apptivo. In addition, you can view the entire history of the document throughout the entire eSignature process. However, you can disable or customize the eSignature history as per your business preferences.
Miss. Angel is the Supply Manager and has to manage the Contracts for her working organization. She wants to customize the eSignature history as a separate tab. Please follow the steps on how to customize the eSignature history in the contracts app.
Steps to Customize
- Login and access the Contracts app from the universal menu.
- Click on the More(...) icon and select the Settings.
- In the Settings page, click on the Contracts and select the eSignature.
- You can view the eSignature options.
- By Selecting the Display as a tab, the eSign history will appear as a separate Tab.
- You can view the eSign history as a separate tab on the contract overview page.
- By Selecting the Display on the Overview page, the eSign history will be available at the bottom of the contract Overview page.
- Scroll down to the contract overview page to view the eSign history.
- By Selecting the Do not Show eSignature history, you can disable the eSignature history.
- Contract eSign history will not available for the signed contracts.
