How do I hide the Products/Items sold table in the Estimates App?

By default, whenever the Services Provided table is chosen in the Estimates App, the Products/Items Sold table appears in a closed state.

However, there are instances where a business wants to hide it completely. To achieve this, you have to perform two configurations in the Settings page of the Estimates App.

1. Ensure Products/Items Sold table is closed.
2. Hide the title of the table.

Steps to hide Products/Items Sold Table

• Log into your Apptivo account and navigate to the Estimates App. Here, select Settings from the App Header.

• In the Settings page, go to Customize App → Master Layout.

• Scroll down to the Products/Items Sold table. Click on it to view the Inspector tab.Here, you have to perform two tasks:

• Hide the title of the table.
• Change the state to closed.

• In the Inspector tab, disable the toggle for Title. In the Default State section, change the state to closed for both Create and View/Edit drop-downs.
• Save the changes.

• Create an Estimate in the Estimates App. The Products/Items Sold table is not visible as per the configuration.
