How do I download an existing report in the Report Activity?

  • Log into your Apptivo account and select the Report from the left navigation panel.
Home Page

  • You will be redirected to the Report activity. The list of created Reports will be listed in the left navigation panel.
Show All Page

  • Select a report. The Report will come into view.
  • You can also export the report with the filtered data.
Select a Report

  • Click Export → .CSV button located at the top right corner.
Export

  • The Report will be downloaded in the .CSV format.
Export Output

Note: This feature is available only in Plan E.
