View Builder of the Testimonials App of Apptivo allows you to configure how the testimonials appear in your Testimonials.
- Before viewing the testimonials by status, ensure that the By Status view is enabled by navigating to Settings → Customize App → Views.
- You can also set the privileges for the employees. Only the employees who have the selected privilege can view the selected view.
Note: The privileges for the employees are configured in the Employees App.
- Now, navigate to the Home Page of the Testimonials App. Select By Status from the left panel.
- The views available in the By Status section will be listed. Accordingly, you can view testimonials based on their statuses like All, Pending, Approved, and Rejected.
- Consider viewing testimonials that are Pending. Select the Pending option from the left panel.
- The records will come into view.
- Select the More Details to redirect to the Overview page of a testimonial.
