How do I prevent my employees from editing notes in the Contacts App?

  • Consider your employees and you can edit the Notes in the Notes tab of the Contacts.
Edit Notes

  • To disable the edit option, select Settings from the App Header of the Contacts App.

  • In the Settings page, select Collaboration → Notes from the left navigation panel. The Notes page will come into view. The Edit toggle is enabled.

  • Disable this toggle and the changes are saved automatically. You can also provide limited access to your employees using the privileges. The privileges are configured in the Employees of Apptivo. Only those employees who have the selected privilege can edit the Notes in the contacts.

  • Now, the Notes added cannot be edited in the Notes tab of the Contacts.
