How do I bulk update the Project Status?

  • In the Projects App of Apptivo, select the projects in which the status is to be updated.

  • Once the projects are selected, click the Bulk Actions button. Here, select Update → Project Information → Status.
Bulk Action

  • The Bulk Actions - Status popup will appear. Here, select a status. Here, On Hold.
Status Update

  • You will receive a success message once the status is updated in the selected projects.
