The Side Panel view of the Projects App allows users to quickly view the project information. Before viewing the project, ensure that the Side Panel View is enabled and if an employee has the privilege to view the projects in the side panel view.
- In the Projects App of Apptivo, select Settings from the App Header.
- Select Security → Actions from the left navigation panel of the Settings page. Scroll down to the Side Panel option in the Apps section of the Actions page. Ensure that the toggle is enabled.
- With the Privileges option, users can easily provide side panel view access only to selected employees in your business.
- The privileges for the employees are configured from the Employees App of Apptivo.
- Now, navigate to the Home Page of the Projects App. Click on any project row to view the project information in the side panel view.
