How do I make a copy of the existing layout in Estimates?

  • Log in and access the Estimates app from the universal menu.
  • Click on the more icon and select the Settings.

  • On the settings page, click on the Customize app and select the Print/Web Layouts.
  • Then, click on the create button.
  • You will get three options to create a template:
    • Start with blank layout - You will get the blank layout where you can customize from scratch.
    • Start with default layout - You will get the layout as the default layout with all the attributes added in the default layout.
    • Copy from another layout - You can select and get the same layout from the other created layout.







 Settings
 
  • Click on the create button and select the Copy from another layout.

 PDF Templates
 
  • You will get the pop up Create Template From Another Template.
  • Here, you can select the layout on which you want to copy From Template.

 Select Template
 
  • Enter the Name for the template.
  • Then, click on the Next button.

 Template Name
 
  • You will get the Template as same as the selected template.
  • Here, you can edit the template as per your requirement.
