How do I set my own criteria to delete a customer profile in the Customers App?

The Customers App of Apptivo enables users to set their own criteria to delete a customer profile. When the customer profile matches the condition mentioned, then the delete button will appear in the overview page of the customer.
- In the Customers App of Apptivo, select Settings from the App Header.
- Select Security → Actions from the left navigation panel of the Settings page.
- The Delete action is listed in the Objects category. You can set your own criteria to access the action. If the criteria match in the customer profile, the action will appear.
- Enable the toggle to set your own criteria for displaying the action.
- Select the set criteria button to set the condition for the delete button to be visible.
- Here, the condition is set to display the button only when the Sales Rep is Nadia James.
- On clicking update, the changes are saved.
- When the Sales Rep is not Nadia James, the Delete button will not appear in the customer profile.
- When the Sales Rep is Nadia James, the Delete button will appear in the customer profile.
