The Google map view of the Apptivo can be customized with the individual color code pins for a better view of the map.

Let’s go through the color-coded view for the Leads app in the map view.
Steps to add the Highlight in Leads
- Login and access the Leads app from the universal menu.
- Click on the More (...) icon and select the Settings.
- On the Settings page, click on the Leads and select the Highlighting.
- In the Highlighting, click on the create button.
- On the Highlighting page, specify the follows:
- Name - Name of the highlighting rule.
- Priority Score - Priority of the highlighting rule. This will be used to prioritize the highlighting, in case of multiple highlighting criteria being met.
- Dashboard - Select the preferred highlighting color.
- Description - Description of the highlighting rule.
- Criteria - The Criteria section is where we are going to define the highlighting condition. ( Note: You can configure multiple conditions combined with an AND/OR operator)
- Here, the Condition to get the color code for the New Leads.
- Then, click on the Create button.
Enable the Map View
Note: To Enable the map view, you have to enable the google map integration for the Leads app.
- On the Settings page, click on the Customize app and select the Views.
- In the Views, create or Edit the existing view.
- You can view the Map View toggle on the update view side panel.
- Enable the map view and update the view.
Steps to view the Map View
- Go to the Leads home page, you can view the leads list with the color-coded highlights.
- You can view the Map view button on the Right corner of the page.
- By clicking on the Map View, you can get the map view with the configured color-coded pins.
