The Properties App of Apptivo allows you to create sub-types for the different types created for your properties. This will ensure a detailed classification of your properties. These sub-types can be created from the Settings page and the overview page of properties.
Steps to create Sub-Types
- Select Settings from the App header of Apptivo. Go to Properties → Types & Sub Types from the left navigation panel of the Settings page.
- Navigate to the type to which a sub type is to be created. Select Add Sub Type.
- The Create Sub Type popup will come into view. Here, add a name for it. To keep the sub type active, enable the toggle.
- On selecting create, a new sub type is created.
- This created type will be listed in the SubType field on selecting a type while creating or editing a property. You can also create a sub type from the overview page by selecting the Add New option.
- The Create Sub Type popup will appear. Here, add a name.
- On selecting create, a new sub type is created.
- The created Sub Type will be available on the Settings page.
