The Customers App of Apptivo enables you to create events automatically with the usage of triggers. Apptivo CRM software also allows you to create an event in the calendar with the mapped fields. Mapped fields are those whose values are mapped with the fields in the Customer profile.

For instance, you have mapped the customer # of a customer profile with the event’s name. Then, when you create an event, the name will be preloaded with the customer # information. Click here to know more about this mapping functionality of the Customers App.
