How do I give access to the documents added in projects to the portal users?

Apptivo provides the ability to add customers to specific projects, so they can log in and view the progress of the project details using their own account. Along with that, you can give access to the selective document to the users who have access to the Projects app in the portal as per your business needs.
Steps to Share Document
- Login and access the Projects app from the universal menu.
- Go to the Projects Overview page, click on the Documents tab.
- On the Documents tab, you can view the list of documents added to the specified project.
- You can view the Share With Customer User Portal Toggle.
- By default, the toggle will be enabled.
- When the Toggle is enabled, the customer can access the selected document from the Projects app’s portal.
- When the customer tries to access the document from the portal, they can view and edit the document.
- If you do not want to share the particular document, disable the toggle to restrict the access of the document from the cases portal.
- Here, the Share With Customer User Portal is disabled.
- The customer will not have access to the document through the Project’s portal.
