How do I see the list of upgrades and downgrades in my Apptivo account?

Apptivo lets you track the list of upgrades and downgrades carried out in your account effortlessly within the application. Let’s walk through the steps to view this from the Manage Your Account page.

Note: If you are converting from a Monthly to Yearly plan, the amount will be calculated based on your usage in your current plan and the remaining amount will be calculated with your newly selected plan.

Steps to see the upgrades and downgrades

  • In your Apptivo account, select Manage Your Account option from the User Menu.
Home Page

  • Select Licenses → Plan History from the left navigation panel. The Plan History page will come into view.
Manage Your Account

  • Here, there are two tabs.
    • Billing History
    • Account Management History

Billing History

  • The Billing History tab keeps an account of all the payments carried out in your account.
  • It includes upgrades, downgrades, an increase in the license, and a reduction in the license.
  • While you are in the same plan and you carry out your regular monthly or yearly payments, these transaction details are also recorded here.

Account Management History

  • The Account Management History basically keeps track of the plan upgrades and downgrades carried out in your account. It also shows the details when you shift from monthly to yearly plan or vice versa.
  • It also includes your license purchase details.
  • It does not show your recurring payment for your existing plan.
  • It only records the event when you upgrade or downgrade your account.

Steps to see the list of upgrades and downgrades

  • Consider you have upgraded your account from Trial to Premium. These transaction details will be displayed in the Billing History tab. This is because you have made a payment here.
Upgraded to Premium

  • This event will also be recorded in the Account Management History tab as an upgrade has taken place here.
Account Management Page

  • Consider you have tried downgrading your account from a yearly to monthly plan but the downgrade has been unsuccessful. In this case, this event will be recorded in both Billing History and Account Management History as this an attempt to downgrade your account.
Upgraded Billing History

  • When you perform the same action again and this event is also unsuccessful, this event will not be recorded in the Account Management History tab. Only the billing information will be documented.
