The Estimates app in Apptivo allows you to create and manage the estimates that are created by your employees based on their status.
Note: Employee Estimate submission will work based on the customized approval workflow. Click here to know how to create the approval workflow for estimates.
Steps to view employee estimates
- Login and access the Estimates app from the universal menu.
- You can view My Employee's Estimates drop-down on the left navigation panel.
- Expand My Employee’s Estimates drop-down, you can view the following:
- Pending My Approval - The employee estimates that are pending for your approval
- Pending Others Approval - Raised by the employees and pending for approval with others
- Approved - Approved employee estimates
- Rejected - Rejected employee estimates
- By clicking on the Pending My Approval, you can see the employee estimates that are pending for your approval.
- Click on the More Details to view the estimates overview.
- You can view the Approve and Reject action button on the Overview page of estimates.
- Once the Estimates are approved, it will be moved to the Approved estimate.
- You can view the approved employee estimates on the Approved status.
- Similarly, you can view all the rejected employee estimates on the Rejected status.
