Cash Management in Apptivo helps you to manage all the payments and receivables in terms of cash for your business.
Steps to Create Transaction Type
- Login and access your Cash Management app from the universal menu.
- Click on the More(...) icon and select Settings.
- From the Settings page, click on the Cash Management and select Transactions Type.
- On the Transactions Type page, you can view all the list of pre-created transactions.
- To create new transactions type, click on the Create button.
- In the Create Type popup, specify the details of the transaction type.
- Name - Name of the transaction
- Source App - Select the source app either Payables or Receivables
- Description - Enter the Description for your preferences.
- Then, click on the Create button.
- The new Transaction Type is created and added to the list.
- You can edit and disable the transaction by using the disable or edit icon under the Actions.
- Go to Cash Management and click on the Create → Create Bank Account.
- In the Transaction Codes table, under the Type, you can view the created new transaction type.
