Let’s go through the steps to upgrade your Apptivo account from plan Starter to Lite.
Steps to Follow
- Log in to your account. Click on the User Menu at the top header.
- Select “Manage Your Account” from the drop-down list.
- Navigate to "Plan History" from the left navigation panel.
- Now you are in Starter Plan. Click on the Upgrade button on the right corner of the page.
- You will be redirected to the Upgrade Plan page with the plan details.
- Select the plan as per your preferences.
- You can also change the billing method to yearly or monthly.
- Here, the plan Lite is selected.
- On the next page, add the required number of licenses.
- The total value will depend on the number of licenses.
- Then, click on the Next button.
- You will be redirected to the Plan details page with the Pay Now option.
- You can view the plan details and summary.
- Click on the "Pay Now" button to pay using a "Credit Card" or "PayPal" account.
- Enter your card details and click on the Make Payment button.
- You will be getting the payment confirmation details with the plan details.
- Then, you will receive a confirmation message once the plan is upgraded.
- This information will be updated in the Billing History tab.
- When you navigate to the Account Management History, you can see the transaction event is marked as Upgraded.
- Now your account has been upgraded to the "Lite" plan.
