Apptivo’s Estimates app allows you to perform the security actions for the android application. Through this, you can enable and disable certain actions that can be performed on the Estimates app on the android application. You can set the condition for the actions like Convert, Delete, Delete Forever, Restore, and Duplicate. The security action can be disabled on the web only.
For instance: Here, let’s go through the steps to add the criteria for Approve action in Estimates for the Android application.
Steps to Follow
- Login and access the Estimates app from the Web.
- Click on the More(...) icon and select Settings.
- On the Settings page, click on the Security and selects actions.
- The Approve action is listed in the Objects category. Scroll down to this.
- Enable the “Set your own criteria for displaying the action” toggle.
- Here, click on the Set Criteria button.
- On the Set Criteria side panel set the conditions for the convert action.
- Here, the condition is set as that the Approve action will be visible only for the submitted estimates.
- Then, click on the Create button.
- Now, go to the Estimates app from your Android application.
- You can view the Approve action only for the estimates which are on submitted Status.
- The Approve action will not be visible for other status estimates.
- Similarly, you can control the action for Convert, Delete Forever, Restore, and Duplicate actions.
