Bulk Actions in Apptivo helps to update the record details in a single update. Bulk Actions in the Contacts app helps to update the customer information without any hassle.
Steps to Follow
- Login and access the Contacts app.
- Select the record to which you want to update the customer information.
- Then, click on the Bulk Actions and select Update → Contact Details → Customer.
- Search and select the customer on the Bulk Actions: Customer popup.
- Click on the update button to update the customer details.
- The customer information will be updated on the selected contact records.
