On Apptivo, you can create a follow up in the Properties app. The Follow Up feature helps you keep track of future dates where you’ll need to perform specific activities. All created follow ups are tracked on your follow ups page which makes it simple to manage follow ups.
Steps to configure
- Login and access the Properties app from the universal navigation bar.
- Create a new Property or select an existing Property to create the Follow Up.
- Click on the Follow Ups icon on the Overview page.
- Click on the Create button to create a new follow up.
- On the Create Follow Up page, add the Follow Up Date, Reminder time and Description.
- Click on the Create button to create a Follow up.
- You can view it as added to your My Follow Ups page.
- You will be reminded on the specific date and time regarding the follow up you created.
