The Leads app in Apptivo helps in creating and managing all your potential leads in a single place. You can track your leads based on their territories. It enables you to add multiple territories for an individual lead based on your preferences.
Steps to Enable
- Login and access the Leads app from the universal menu.
- Click on the more(...) icon and select Settings.
- On the Settings page, click on the Territories under the Leads dropdown.
- From the Territories page, enable the “Allow multiple territories” toggle to add multiple territories while creating a lead.
- The changes will be auto-saved.
- Now, go to the create a Lead page from your Android device, you can view the territories field is changed to add icon.
- By clicking on the add icon (+), you can associate the multiple territories for a lead in the select territory page.
- You can view the added multiple territories as selected.
