The Mobile application of Apptivo designed exclusively for Android, iOS, and Windows enables users to effortlessly convert the estimates into invoices. Through this, you can convert an estimate into an invoice just like your web application.
Let’s go through the steps to convert an estimate using Apptivo’s Android application.
Steps to convert an estimate into an invoice
- Log into your Apptivo mobile application and select the Estimates app from the home page.
- You will be redirected to the Estimates app page from where you can select any views. Here, Show All.
- On the Show All page, select the estimate that you want to convert to invoice.
- You will be redirected to the overview page. Here, select the hamburger menu from the top right corner.
- Click on the Convert option.
- The Select popup appears. Here, choose the application you want to convert the estimate into. We have selected Invoices.
- On clicking Ok, you will be redirected to the Create Invoice page where you can add the required details and complete creating the invoice.
