How to do advanced search by states in Apptivo?

The prime advantage of the advanced search feature in Apptivo is it allows you to perform searches based on the values in a particular field. It can also simultaneously carry out field-based searches in more than one field at a time. However, to do an advanced search by states, you need to choose the country first; only then do the states appear in the dropdown.

For instance: To do an advanced search by the states in the USA, you have to choose the country as the USA first.

Steps to do advanced search by states

• Log into your Apptivo account and navigate to an application. Here, the Customers app.
• In the Customers app, select the Advanced Search icon from the top right corner.

• The Advanced Search side panel comes into view. Here, you have to select the country as the United States first for any Address Type. Here, Billing Address.

• Then, the list of states present in the USA will be listed automatically under the States field. Now, you can select the state of your choice and carry out the search operation.

• The customers’ profiles that have the selected state in the Billing Address section will be listed in the search result.
