How to add an Item image in Estimates App Print PDF Layout?

The Items app of Apptivo allows you to add images for the items of your business. So that you will be able to showcase the kind of items you are selling. You can also remove or download them to your devices. Now we gonna show you how to print the item image on the estimate pdf page. By using Print/Web Layout, you can create the layouts and print the estimates in PDF format. You can also get the PDF print with the image of items that your customers bought.

Note: The item image should be added to the Items app, for it to be available on the Estimates App.

Steps to get Item Image:

• Log in and access the Estimates App from the universal navigation menu bar.

• Click on the More(...) icon and select Settings from the app header.

• On the settings page, go to Customize App → Print/Web Layout.

• Select any one of the templates, here I’m selecting the Default template and click on the View Template(...) icon.

• Scroll down to the Product/Item section, and click on that.

• You’ll be redirected Inspector tab where you can see the details of the attribute, there you can see the Visibility toggle is enabled.

• Now create a new estimate with an item or select the existing estimate. Here. I would like to print the existing estimate.

• Now you can see the Item Image is available on the Estimate to create/overview page automatically. Because the item image has already been added to the Item App.

Note: The PDF template is Default, as I selected the default template in the Print/Web layout.

• Click on the Print button.

• Now the downloaded will have the item image as shown below.
