Introduction
Apptivo Direct Campaigns App enables to track emails of the contacts, that satisfies the defined criteria (i.e.) any email sent from Apptivo to a contact record can be tracked.
Communication Status
For visually tracking and analyzing the email sent history of the contacts, the communication status dashboard is used. Once a direct campaign is created and launched, the count of the emails delivered, opened, clicked, replied, bounced and unsubscribed will be automatically tracked based on the defined criteria.
