Key User Roles and Access Privileges for financial apps
The key roles and access privileges in financial management apps are as follows:
Super User
Super User is the one who has all the privileges of an administrator. Additionally a super user has privilege to upgrade or downgrade the business account. Note: In Starter (Standard Plan) account, all the employees or users are considered as Super User.
Properties Manager
Properties manager is the one who has all the privileges against Properties App. They can view and manage properties and opportunities applications completely.
Supplier Invoices Manager
Supplier invoices manager is the one who has all the privileges against Supplier Invoices App. They can view and manage supplier invoices application completely.
Fund raising manager
Fund raising manager is the one who has all the privileges against Fund raising App. They can view and manage fund raising application completely.
Receivables manager
Receivables manager is the one who has all the privileges against Receivables App. They can view and manage receivables application completely.
Invoice Reports manager
Invoice Reports manager is the one who has all the privileges against Invoice Reports. They can view and manage invoice reports section completely.
Finance Manager
Finance manager is the one who has all the privileges against invoicing app. They can view and manage invoice, receivables, estimates etc applications completely.
Estimate Manager
Estimate manager is the one who has all the privileges against estimates app. They can view, configure and manage estimates application completely.
Estimate user
Estimate User is the one who has all the privileges against estimates app. They can view and create estimates.
Payables Manager
Payables Manager is the one who has all the privileges against payables app. They can view, configure and manage payables application completely.
