Product Executive

Location: Chennai

Role and responsibilities:

• Conduct competitor analysis to identify customer pain points and opportunities for product innovation.
• Work closely with the sales teams to gather and analyse customer feedback.
• Translate customer needs into actionable product requirements and roadmaps.
• Assist in the creation of user stories, wireframes, and other product documentation.
• Collaborate with the development team to prioritise features and ensure smooth execution.
• Track product performance metrics and analyse data to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest CRM trends and technologies.
