How do I View Answered Questions?

You can view the different questions based on their statuses. You could view the Answered questions with ease and update them whenever you need them as per your business requirements.

Steps to View Answered Questions:

• Log in and access the Answers App from your universal navigation menu bar.

• Click on By Status and select Answered from the left navigation panel.

• All answered questions will be found.

• Click on the More Details(...) icon to view the detailed information of the answer post.

• Also, you can flag, delete and/or edit the answers to the question.
