How to set up Payment Terms in Apptivo Invoice App?

Apptivo CRM allows you to change the specification of the Payment terms. If you want to change the payment term to, say Immediate, for a  certain customer. All that you need to do is go to the customer record and make the necessary changes in the payment term. 

The changes you make will reflect on the customer's invoicing page .

Go through the following steps to get a clear idea.

To change or check the payment term of a customer

  1. Login and access Customers app from universal navigation menu bar.
  2. Search and select a customer that you would like to check the payment term.
  3. Click on "More" icon to view detailed information
  4. On the customer overview page, click on "Payment Term" field and change the value to "Immediate".
  5. The payment term of this customer will reflect on the invoice creation page.
