Getting Started
Customers App of Apptivo enables businesses to manage an inclusive customer database with all customer interactions recorded. The sales process begins once a potential customer is identified, qualified, and placed into a company’s sales pipeline. While we have a dedicated application for leads and opportunities management, the Customers app is used to document interactions on calls, emails and act as a customer profile.
Quick Access
Log into your Apptivo account and go to the Customers app from the Universal Navigation Menu Bar on the home page to redirect to the Customers app.
