How can I enrich my Contact information?

Any contacts that you save in the Contacts App can be enriched with additional information using Contacts Enrichment. This enables you to enrich the contacts’ details.

For Instance: If you like to get the enriched information of an eminent person who is available in your contacts, you can achieve it through Contact Enrichment. Let us consider the Contacts App.

Steps to enrich a contact

• Login to Apptivo and select “Manage Your Account” from the General Settings.

• Navigate to Services → CRM → Contacts Enrichment

• You can find the toggle disabled by default, enable the toggle. Each data requires $0.02/data from your purchased credits.

• Access the Contacts App from the universal navigation bar.
• Create a new contact.
• Click on the Enrich Contact button from the overview page.

• You can find the contact with all the enriched information.
