    It can nearly take about 24 hours for the changes to get reflected. To ensure that you have updated your DNS records correctly, you can check your SPF and DKIM keys.
  • How do I update SPF records for Apptivo and other email service providers?
    If you have some other email service provider (other than Apptivo) or your own email service provider, then that service provider can be configured by adding its SPF record.
    Gmail – If your email provider is in Gmail, you should add the SPF record in the below-mentioned format.
    >> “v=spf1 include:spf.apptivo.com include:_spf.google.com ~all”
    Outlook – If your email provider is in Outlook, you should add the SPF record in the below-mentioned format.
    >> “v=spf1 include:spf.apptivo.com include:spf.protection.outlook.com ~all”
    Yahoo – If your email provider is in Yahoo, you should add the SPF record in the below-mentioned format.
    >> “v=spf1 include:spf.apptivo.com include:_spf.mail.yahoo.com ~all”
