The Apptivo Work Orders(WO) application allows you to easily manage and dispatch resources to address customer problems on-site, as well as providing a method for employees to track the hours and products used to resolve each work order.
Your Work Orders can be viewed conventionally under Dispatch Calendar, with special consideration of an employee and also by the team. If the employee is added to the team then selecting “By Employee” dispatches the work orders assigned to that team and an employee.
This Dispatch Calendar works on the basis of “Service Delivery Window” pertaining to those details given at the time of creating a work order.
Log into your Apptivo account and go to the Work Orders app from the Universal Navigation Menu Bar on the home page to redirect to the Work Orders app.
