We are excited to announce that we are now offering 24 hour phone support within our enterprise plan. Now you are able to talk with a live support agent anytime during the work week, 24 hours a day Monday-Friday. We understand that getting instant support is critical, regardless of the time of day. Now our customers can enjoy 24 hour support via phone, online chat, and email, giving Apptivo one of the premier support plans available in the industry.

When calling in to Apptivo, enterprise users will still dial our main support number 1-855-345-2777, but now have a special support line they can access through our menu system.

Available support options

Since we are introducing the new support line, let’s recap on the support options now available for Apptivo users:

  • Phone Support – Available 9-6 PM PST for premium, 24×5 for enterprise. No phone support on standard plan.
  • Support Chat – Available 24 hours a day Mon-Fri for all plans.
  • Email Support – Available to all users at
  • Apptivo Answers – View online knowledge base and ask questions. Available for all plans.

We also have many sources for online information such as our product blog, small business university, YouTube channel, and other online communities.

How do I get my 24×5 phone support?
