Rescheduled Maintenance

Dear Customer,

Our apologies for the inconvenience caused. One of our third-party infrastructure providers has scheduled maintenance around the same time as ours. Our post-maintenance checks include the availability of their service. So we are rescheduling our maintenance window to Friday, October 11, 2019 – 6.30 PM PST

We want to make you aware that On Friday, Sep 27 at 6:30 PM PST, there will be scheduled downtime for approximately 5 hours. We’re working to make significant expansions to the current infrastructure to improve service performance and speed.

To ensure uptime and stability of the platform, we are performing this upgrade on our infrastructure during the weekend so that we can ensure a smooth transition.

During this maintenance window, our services may not be accessible. All operations around the platform, including email sync, contacts sharing, third party integrations, triggering of events, delivery of scheduled campaigns will resume immediately after the maintenance window.
