Apptivo CRM solution sends instant notifications to users whenever an action is performed in a contact, note, or document. This includes News Feeds and Email Feeds.
- Select the More icon → Notifications option available in the App Header to redirect to the Notifications page.
- From this section, you can configure to receive notifications on any actions carried out in contacts, notes, or documents.
- For instance, you can configure to receive email and news feed when contact is duplicated or updated.
