Notifications

Apptivo solution sends notifications to users whenever an action is performed in a customer record, note, or document. This includes News Feeds and Email Feeds.

  • Select the More icon → Notifications option available in the App Header to redirect to the Notifications page.

  • From this section, you can configure to receive notifications on any actions carried out in customers, notes, or documents.
