Default Service Location in Work Orders

Work Orders’ Map View allows you to locate the customer’s or contact’s locations to provide your clients with timely service delivery. Furthermore, we have added the default service location option to service your work orders more effectively. Now, you can set the Contact’s address as the default service location for your work orders. Create a Work Order with the contact address and get them as the default service location automatically. The default address is also seen on the map view while hovering over the mouse on the relevant work order location. Read more.

Data Sets and Data Access Sets in Contracts and Work Orders

The Apptivo Data Sets help you create a group of data records based on particular criteria and allow specific employees to access the clustered data through the Data Access Sets. For example, if you want to provide access to the set of data to any specific employee, you can create a group of data under the Data Sets with defined criteria and grant them access through Data Access Sets to the employee. While this feature is available in most of the applications, we have now extended this feature to the Contracts and Work Orders apps of Apptivo. Read more.

Add Guest and Call Transfer option in Contact Center’s Chrome Extension

Recently, we have developed the Contact Center plugin in Chrome extension to make fast and convenient access to your calls from your browser. In order to facilitate the Add Guest and Call transfer function, we have enhanced the feature considerably. Now, we have provided the Add Guest option while being in a call through a chrome extension. We have also provided the call transfer option to directly transfer your calls to the Agents, Team, or any external number while being on the call through the chrome extension. Furthermore, you can transfer the call warmly or blindly according to your choice. Read more.

Intelligence Chart in Contacts

Apptivo’s Intelligence dashboards allow businesses to create reports in the form of graphs and charts that meet their business needs. These Intelligence charts have been added to the Contacts app to provide a quick overview of the progress of the contacts. Various charts, such as column charts, bar charts, stacked column/bar charts, summary tables, and Pie charts, can be added to the dashboards to track employees’ performance, communication status, filter issues quickly, and help users to make prompt decisions on time. Select-All Option for Multi-Select attributes in Advanced Search

The advanced search option from Apptivo helps you to sort and group records for accurate results. You can retrieve the results of your desired fields quickly and easily. Now for the Multi-select search, we have added the “Select-All” option to add all values of the Multi-search field during the advanced search to strengthen usability. In addition, this select-all option is provided for the custom added multi-select fields as well. Read more.
