Auto Tax Calculator in Invoices app
We have recently updated our Estimates app with an automated tax calculator. Furthermore, we have added the automatic tax calculator to the Invoices app to incorporate customer’s location-based goods and service taxes. Consequently, the tax value of each State can be configured and the tax can be charged accordingly. This covers both individual and multi-rate tax systems. The tax code can be created inline or on the header levels depending on the configuration. This applies to both percentage and fixed values of tax rates. Read more.
Bulk Export in Expense Reports
Each of us had come to a point where we were calling for steps to be taken in a single step. To prerequisite this, we have introduced the Bulk Exports option in Expense Reports of Apptivo. It gives you the privilege to export bulk records of Expense Reports instantly within Apptivo. This lets you export the group of records at the same time from the expense reports in a shot. You can export several records together by using the bulk export option instead of manually exporting each record. The records can be downloaded in CSV format. Read more.
Enhanced Print/Web layout in Orders App
Apptivo applications allow the Print/Web layout to be created and customized according to the user’s preferences. You can build different templates and can also modify the file name of the template. In this update, we’ve improved the web layout of the print Orders App to configure the name of your file with any Order attributes that can be set in the File Name Prefix. Users will print out the order as a PDF with the desired file name using the Insert attributes in the File Name Prefix of the Orders app. Read more.
Supported Date & Time field update in Triggers
Triggers operation in Apptivo helps users to automate the activities under certain conditions. Users can automate the actions like create notes, events, emails or update any attributes with the help of event or time-based triggers. In this update, we have further enhanced the trigger function to support the Date and Time field. Now, you can automatically update the Date and Time field by using the Tiggers update attribute action easily. Read more.
Data Sets and Data Access Sets in Candidates App
Apptivo Data Sets help you to build a dataset based on specific parameters and empower specific employees to access the clustered data through Data Access Sets. In the Candidates app, we have incorporated this luxury feature to create a set of data and give individual employees access to the candidates’ data in this update. For example, if you want to allow some individual employee to access the candidate data, you can create a group of data under the Data Sets with defined criteria and grant them access through Data Access Sets to the employee. Introduced “Vacation Responder” in Contact Center App
Apptivo has one of the best Helpdesk tools to handle all customer calls in a single sector. In this update, we have further enhanced our Contact Center app with the Voice Responder option. This helps you to send predefined messages to your incoming calls or text messages when your office is closed or your team is not available. Two forms of Vacation Responder can be personalized: Vacation Auto-Reply – SMS and Auto Answer – Calls. Based on the selected method, you can create and send voice or text messages to the customers when your team is unavailable or the office is closed. Read more.
