Welcome to Apptivo’s latest product update for May. The key goal behind this update is to improve the overall user experience across our applications. Apptivo has taken another step to increase flexibility, not only to improve the user interface but also to meet user requirements. This newest upgrade mainly focuses on smoother navigation between the various applications on Apptivo. Let’s take a quick look at the update notes.

Implemented Intelligence Dashboard in Custom Apps

Intelligence dashboards from Apptivo allow businesses to generate reports that suit their company needs in the form of graphs and charts. These Intelligence charts have been added to Apptivo’s Custom apps to provide a quick overview of the progress on the custom applications. Now, the users can get a variety of charts, such as column charts, bar charts, stacked column/bar charts, summary tables, and pie charts, which can be added to the dashboards and get a detailed overview of the data on the visual graphic for the custom applications. QuickBooks Online Integration in Suppliers, Supplier Invoices, and Purchase Orders

In our recent update, we have added a way to integrate Apptivo Invoices with QuickBooks Online. In this upgrade, we have extended this Quickbooks Online integration to Apptivo’s Suppliers, Supplier Invoices, and Purchase Orders applications. This allows you to export customers, suppliers, and items, as well as tax codes to Apptivo via one-way sync. Now, the supplier invoices, purchase orders created for QuickBooks customers/suppliers on the Apptivo would also be synchronized automatically with your QuickBooks accounts. You can handle those supplier invoices, suppliers, and purchase orders conveniently from your QuickBooks online account without any hassle. Read more.

Tasks and Documents on Estimates Templates

In the last update, we had introduced the Estimates Templates on our Estimates app to create and send accurate quotes for your customer on time. In this update, we have further improved the estimates templates to incorporate the collaboration activities like Tasks and Documents. With that, you can create and add the document while creating the template itself. This allows users to get those added tasks and documents preloaded while creating the estimate with the customized templates. Read more.

Multi-select Filter in Ref App Search & Select Window

Introduced filter option for Multi select field to easily filter the preferred values on the Multi select attributes. With that, you can enable the filter option for the Multi select field and make them visible on the Reference app’s search and select window. You can simply enable the filter option on the multi-select field and get those filters visible on the search and select window while searching through the Reference App field. Read more.

Bulk Delete for SMS in Contact Center

Anything related to the bulk select option will help in reducing our time spent on selecting the options individually. On that note, we have introduced the bulk delete option for the SMSes on the Contact Center application. Through this, you can easily delete the conversation between the multiple contacts in a single click. Previously, we have added delete conversions on the individual conversation page. Now, you can simply select and delete all the SMSes for the contacts by using this feature. At the same time, the conversation will get deleted from the individual contact’s page in the Contacts app as well. Read more.
