Apptivo Scheduled Maintenance Alert! As On April 30,2019 PDT

Dear Customers,

This is to inform you that Apptivo has Scheduled – Network Maintenance of our Primary Data Center. During this Maintenance, our servers will be down from 00:01 AM – 03:00 AM on April 30th. In this timeframe, you can expect an outage of 15 Minutes.

The Following List of Services will be Stopped:

1. No Incoming Emails will Not be Processed.
2. Email Sync will be Stopped.

The above-mentioned services will only resume after 3:00 AM PT after the Maintenance.

What’s happening in the Maintenance?

Apptivo Data Center for IP Transit Circuit is being Updated to a New Hardware for additional Security and Stability for all Apptivo Users.
