I am very cautious about providing sensitive business information over the web. What information is Apptivo going to collect about my business, and what do I need to provide up-front to create an account?
Of course, security of your business information should always be a top priority; but there isn’t too much to worry about with Apptivo. The company only requires some general basic information about your business like your company details to create an account:
- Business Name
- Time Zone
Of course, if you want to take full advantage of the platform, you’ll want to provide additional information beyond this. Once you create your account and sign in for the first time, you are able to edit some additional basic firm details, which are used throughout the other applications, such as being printed on your invoices. This information includes:
- Business Address
- Phone Number
- Fax Number
- Company Logo
- Business Classification
- Business identification numbers
The basic information is provided up-front during the registration process, while the more comprehensive information is available through the firm configuration page. Once you entered in the details of your company profile, they will get stored up in our company information database.
Apptivo gives you the ability to edit all your business information, anytime you require. All your company details like company phone number and address can be edited from the Business Settings section in Apptivo.
